- Ensure the quality and governance of logistics-relevant master and organizational data, including materials, warehouse product data, storage locations, warehouse structures, units of measure, packaging specifications, handling-unit data, batches, and replenishment parameters.
- Analyze complex incidents, stock inconsistencies, failed goods movements, delivery or warehouse task errors, queue and interface failures, performance bottlenecks, and recurring process issues; identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective and preventive solutions.
- Own functional integration with mobile devices, scanning solutions, labels and forms, warehouse automation, conveyor or control systems, and relevant third-party logistics interfaces in collaboration with technical specialists.
- Advise business process owners, warehouse managers, logistics teams, production functions, and key users on standard SAP capabilities, process harmonization, controls, solution options, risks, dependencies, and implementation priorities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, configuration, integration designs, test scenarios, data requirements, authorization needs, cutover activities, training materials, and operational support documentation.
- Lead functional workstreams for enhancements, warehouse rollouts, migrations, automation initiatives, and releases, including scope clarification, effort estimation, testing, deployment, hyper care, handover, and coordination with technical teams and external providers.
